Shipping & Returns
Within New Zealand:
Flat rate shipping within New Zealand of $5 including rural delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order the day we receive payment by courier and you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days. Orders to rural addresses may take up to 3 working days. We reserve the right to use NZ Post instead of courier, if appropriate.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES
- Average delivery time is between one and five working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
- If the product is currently out of stock we will endeavour to get it to you ASAP. If there is going to be a delay in you receiving your items you will be notified.
Currently we do not ship internationally.
Hewie takes great care to be as accurate as possible when describing our products.
If you have purchased our products and are not happy with your item or if it doesn't fit well, we will exchange it or offer you either store credit or a refund if required, less delivery costs (in both directions). We will provide an exchange for faulty goods or offer you a refund or store credit, less delivery costs. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Please Contact Us within 5 days of purchase to advise us of the fault. The goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
The goods are to be returned at your own expense and must be in unused, unwashed, re-saleable condition, with their original packaging. A refund or a store credit will be processed upon receipt of the items in their original condition. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage or use tracked delivery for more security.
If you wish to return a product that was on clearance a store credit will be issued.
We cannot provide a refund or store credit if goods are delayed in transit beyond our control.
Hewie does not accept responsibility for damage that occurs during the care of the item, such as washing or drying.
