1. Why choose Hewie?

We are a business focused on quality products, at affordable prices, and can guarantee fast delivery.

2. What are my payment options?

Currently you can only pay via bank deposit. We are working towards increasing your payment options in the near future.

3. When will my goods will be dispatched?

If you place your order through the night before 7am, your goods will be dispatched that day - and depending on your location, could be delivered that afternoon. 

Either way, we will send you a dispatch notification to the email address you have supplied during checkout.

 

4. When will my goods arrive?

We strive for delivery within 2-3 days of order placement within New Zealand. Depending on your location, and the time you placed your order, you could receive your goods same day or next day.

 

5. The product I want is out of stock, when will you have more?

If you find a product you want to order but it is out of stock, please contact us at info@hewie.co.nz. We may have another shipment on its way, or about to place an order for that item. You can also choose to do a prepayment of some items, and I will make sure you get what you want as soon as it arrives to us. Just send us an email with the details of the product you wish to purchase and we can discuss your options!

 

6. I am trying to find a specific item, but haven't had any luck so far, are you able to help?

Yes we can try! If there is a specific item you have seen or would like to buy, please contact us at info@hewie.co.nz with the details and we will try our best to source the item for you!

 

7. I have an idea for a product(s) you should procure, who do I contact?

We would love to hear your ideas! Please contact us at info@hewie.co.nz with your ideas!

 

8. I produce an item that I think would work really well on your site, who do I contact to talk about this?

We would love to see your products! We are always on the lookout for new items and products to promote on our site. Please contact the owner Holly at holly@hewie.co.nz

 

9. What currency will I be charged in?

All purchases from Hewie will be billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD)

 

10. Do the prices include GST?

Yes, all of our prices include GST of 15%

 

11. What does 'Pre-Order' mean?  

If you find a product that has 'pre-order' listed, this means that we are currently sold out of the product but a new shipment is on its way to us and we have opened up pre-order sales so that you can guarantee you won't miss out on a popular item when it arrives in stock. 


12. What does 'Special Order' mean?

If you find a product has 'special order' listed, this means that although we sell the product we do not hold stock of this item at all times. We will special order it in as soon as we receive your order. 


13. Do you have a retail store?

No, currently we do not have a retail store. We are solely an online store. However, if you live local you can catch us at local markets, keep an eye on our Facebook page http://fb.com/hewiebaby to find out where.
